Accountability
The method, published so you can check it
People's Pulse is only worth anything if the record is honest when it is inconvenient. This is the standard we hold ourselves to.

You speak
A poll vote, a reported issue, a question at a Pulse Session, or a WhatsApp voice note. Every route lands in the same record.
- 02
We cluster the signal
Reports from the same street and the same fault are grouped, verified by the local committee, and given a public reference number.
- 03
It is escalated on the record
Clustered issues go to the responsible department with a job number, a named official and a date. All three are published.
- 04
You see what happened
Every commitment carries a deadline and an outcome — delivered, delayed, or refused, with the reason given in plain language.
Pulse Intelligence
Four rules we do not bend
- No anonymous commitments
- Every escalation names the department and the official who accepted it. If we cannot name someone, we say the request was not accepted.
- Deadlines are published, not negotiated privately
- The date given to us is the date shown here. When it slips, the new date and the stated reason both go up.
- A no is published like a yes
- Refusals and budget shortfalls are posted in plain language. A platform that only shows wins is an advert, not a record.
- Your data serves your issue only
- Contact details are used to update you on the matter you raised. No party lists, no resale, POPIA-aligned, deletion on request.
